Arriving at BiCon

Thursday

3pm to 9pm

Register at Lenton and Wortley Hall. Please enter the halls through the left hand double doors and follow signs to BiCon registration:

Once you've got your BiCon badge, walk back across the lawn to the little white Porters Lodge – they will issue your room key.

After 9pm

Go to the Porters Lodge, show ID to collect your room key. You'll still need to register at the desk the next day to get your BiCon badge.

Friday and Saturday

9am to 6.30pm

Register at the Engineering and Science Learning Centre, 9am to 6.30pm.

6.30pm to 7.30pm

Registration closed – if you arrive at this time please wait in the bar at Lenton and Wortley Hall.

7.30pm to 9pm

Registration at Lenton and Wortley Hall, as for Thursday.

After 9pm

See Thursday night – go to the Porters Lodge at Lenton and Wortley Halls, show your ID and collect your room key. You'll still need to register at the desk the next day to get your badge.

Sunday

9am to 11am

Desk staffed in the Engineering and Science Learning Centre.

 

Suitcases can be locked in the conservatory at Lenton and Wortley Hall after leaving your room.
