BiCon 2015 will be catered

Especially if you've been to BiCon in previous years, we thought you'd find it useful to hear in advance about a few extras and differences at this year's BiCon.

Catering for you

Buffet lunch - photograph by Mat @ PEK, TaiwanBiCon 2015 will be fully catered. If you're staying on site your booking includes breakfasts, lunches and dinners – for less than last year's cost, which didn't include food!

Not booking accommodation? A buffet lunch is also included for you on Friday and Saturday.

There will also be a cafe on site serving tea, coffee, light meals and snacks.

We hope this makes BiCon even more sociable and affordable for everyone.

Dietary requirements

Meals will be served buffet style, so you can chose what to eat. We're making sure we get more than half vegetarian food, with plenty of vegan and gluten-free options.

We'll ask for your dietary requirements with your booking. We should be able to cope with almost anything. If you have any concerns, get in touch before you book.#

Food and access

We understand that food and eating with others can be difficult for some people. We have prepared some information on how we will try to do our best to help if this applies to you – food and access.

In the Halls

Because the Halls where we're staying are usually catered, they just have micro-kitchens with a shared fridge and a microwave. You wouldn't be able to cook a full meal there, but you can heat up a late-night snack.

Each room also has its own mini fridge and kettle.

The Halls are also well served by takeaway companies.
